好好吃啊





今天感觉不错啊!尽然有心情不如去厨房玩一下吧,可是一时想不到要煮什么就坐在电脑面前一直移动滑鼠,找啊找啊找啊,尽然看到一道蛮容易的美食--->Stuffed Bake Potatoes
哈哈哈哈哈哈,就得奇怪吧?我这个人啊超爱吃马铃薯,一看到马铃薯就会一直想要吃,
虽然我不知道你们爱不爱吃,但我想分享给你们,希望你们会喜欢 :)
步骤我会用英文以便其他宗族会明白。。。


  1. First, preheat the oven 200'c (30 min)
  2. Then take 5nos of potatoes (if want to make larger pax,it will be 10nos),use water to wash the potatoes, to wash away the dust or other dirty staff stick on potatoes skin. 
  3. Bake the potatoes according to the basic method (scrub the potatoes and pierce the ends with a skewer or fork to allow steam to escape. Lightly of corn oil the potatoes then place them on sheet in 200'c in oven. Bake until done about 1 hour. Test for doneness by squeezing a potato gently. 

     

       4.  Remove from the oven. Cut a slice off to half potatoes and scoop up the pulp, leaving a shell about 
            1/3 in thick.
               
                                   


           5.  Place the potatoes pulp into a big bowl, beat in the butter(30gm), milk(50ml), bacon(more or      less depending on you) and season to taste(white paper and salt). 



            6. Fill the potatoes shells with puree, place them on baking sheet. Finally come to the end, the most important ingredients-->parmesan cheese, add parmesan cheese on top the potatoes.


            7. Place in hot oven 200'c until potatoes are heated through and tops are browned, about 15mins.
